Yep, I’m into the latest stimulant:

So, schedule is:
About 20 mins before the open, cup of tea (or coffee if I’m particularly in need of a pick-me-up) WITH a biscuit .. for the sugar … yeah, naughty I know, but priorities must be straight 🙂
Then, about 30 mins after the open pop a sugar-free piece of chewing gum in the gob.
