Been a few weeks now since fresh lows on the US equity market indices. But the TED spread is showing no signs of a diminution in the European stress.
Is the market expecting Bernanke to pull something from his hat in Jackson Hole? I think it is, and I think its going to be disappointed (see prior posts). Friday is still a long way away though, plenty of action to come before then.
There are some nice upmoves happening in the ES, but there seems to be a new wall of selling now at 1145/50 area? Lets see the response on dips now (have to also respect that the area around 1110 has attracted the buyers).
